As a new start-up venture, Mehret-Sophia®  Inspirational Products offers several product lines promoting the principles of kindness, faith, and love. We offer:

Placing an order

Mehret-Sophia® Inspirational Products will ship in-stock items within 2-3 business days of placing your online order. We work hard to make sure that products are in stock.  For back-ordered products, most will ship within 1 – 3 weeks. You will receive a notification of the estimated ship date. 

Prices and Payment Options

All prices are in US dollars. We accept payment in US dollars. When placing an order at Mehret-Sophia® Inspirational Products you may use the following payment methods: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, debit cards with the MasterCard or Visa logo, and PayPal. 

Return Policy

We are committed to making sure that our customers are completely satisfied with their orders. If you have a concern, please let us know by emailing us at mehretsophiainspirational@gmail.com

Please include your invoice or sales number with your email.

Our customers have up to 30 days from the date of delivery, to request a refund or an exchange. The returned product must be new, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. If 30 days from the date of delivery have expired, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or an exchange. 

Our customer service team will inspect the returned item and send you an email notification that we’ve received your returned item. If requesting a refund and the item is approved, the customer will receive a refund less the shipping charges. If requesting a product exchange, the customer will be charged the additional shipping cost for the new item. The customer is responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returned or exchanged items. If there is an error on our part, we will work closely with our customers to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and send the new item or refund your order.

Shipping and Handling

We are located in Katy, Texas.  We ship all orders in the United States and internationally via United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service Priority Flat rates.  In-stock items will ship within 2- 3 days of placing your order. You will receive email notification of your item's ship date and UPS tracking number.

Wholesale Purchases

Mehret-Sophia® Inspirational Products is headquartered in Katy, Texas. If you have a Texas State Resale Certificate, you can request to register as a wholesale customer by contacting us at mehretsophiainspirational@gmail.com or calling us at (832) 888-5441. For Non-Texas registered businesses, contact us for registration information.
